Blue Lace Agate

Blue lace agate is extremely helpful for those suffering from itchy, watery eyes often brought on from allergies.

To use this crystal, it is best to soak it in water with a washcloth for 6 hours (while you sleep). Then take it out of the water and wring out excess water. Place it over your eyes for 15 minutes so that the cloth can help pull out the irritant and offer you relief.

Try this before you go to bed as well after you’ve soaked a new washcloth during the day.

Palo Santo

Palo Santo comes from Peru and is used to smudge your space and crystals. The name means “holy wood” in Spanish, and it's what people use to combat negative energy both on their bodies, crystals, and in their space. Once lit, the smoke from the wood has the ability to calm any high, unwanted vibrations in a space. It helps remove negative thoughts and chase away evil spirits. The smell of the wood has a sweet and earthy scent unlike the smell that comes from sage.

Selenite

This stone is known for its strength and ability to reach higher vibrations. It has the ability to help connect with the third eye and crown chakras. It helps promote purity and honesty as well as clearing energy blockages and overall chakra alignment.
